DIY tax is a part of Liberty tax services which provides free federal and state tax filing. I have been using this for the past 3 years and it's pretty easy and accurate (I always check the final document with a CP). It covers certain complex scenarios not supported by Credit Karma like filing for 2 states. They have free online support but I haven't used the support so can't say much about it.
