The Logitech G940 Flight System is an advanced flight controller for hardcore flight sim fans. It includes a HOTAS flight stick, split throttle unit, and rudder pedals. It features force feedback, and hard mounting points for tricking out a virtual cockpit if you're into it.

I put this deal together pretty much on accident. I was reading (and reading... ) about different controllers trying to figure out what I wanted for my new interest in simulation gaming. Anyway, to cut to the chase, I ended up registering my Logitech G5 mouse on the Logitech.com (when I was *trying* to register a much older Wingman Gamepad Extreme that the ActiveX add-on failed to detect). Logitech promptly emailed me a "thanks for registering" and here is a 20% off code(!) for you next purchase. Right on!

In case it matters, I was installing Logitech's latest Logitech Gaming Software and it asked me to register. That software took me to the Logitech website. I don't know if you must go that route to end up with a 20% off code, but that is what I did.

Since I was lusting after the G940, I promptly clicked through fatwallet 2% Cash Back, put the $299 item in my cart, and applied by 20% off code. Voila! Dropped the price to $239.20. With 2% off for FatCash, and 1% Cash Back from my credit card of choice, I'm down to about $232 shipped. This isn't a revolution, I grant, since the price is $249 at Amazon, but I'll take it.
