Steam's New Refund Policy - Request A Refund For Any Reason (Under 14 Days Under 2 Hours Played)
Rating: 0 Posted By: st4rdust Views: 82 Replies: 1 Steam recently updated their refund policy, stating that you can now request a refund for almost any purchase as long as you have owned it for less than 14 days and played it for less than 2 hours. Applies to DLC, in-game purchases, pre-purchases, bundles, and funds added to your steam wallet. It's also stated that the 2 hour, 14-day rule isn't the be all / end all. You can still submit your circumstance and they will look at it. There are some restrictions but I thought this was pretty neat. Video Games Deals Original post
