I see these dimmable smart switches recommended a lot around here. Finally ordered a couple now that they're on sale again. 2 for $36.79 (normally around $48 for the pair).

Requires neutral line going to the switch. No hub required (uses 2.4GHz WiFi). Alexa/Google Assistant compatible.
