This is for a trim kit is compatible with ALL MOEN valves (Moentrol, Posi-temp, or older).
I just installed the same thing at my house on an old Moen valve, and it works great.
YOU NEED TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!! You will not be about to guess which pieces you need because there are so many extra parts that are included to accommodate all configurations.
