Went to Home Depot the other day and stumbled across these from $35 to $18:

For me it says that they're not available in stores but my local store had about 12 of these and I see more in my area at other stores.
I recently bought a house and going to install recessed lighting in the living room. Was going to buy similar from Lowe's for $30 but got these instead since they have a higher lumen output.
