A decent price on a decent evaporative cooler.
Make sure you understand that this is not an air-conditioner. In my dry CO weather this works nice, as I don't like that the room AC makes the air too dry. This unit makes the room cooler, with maintaining the humidity. The temperature will be lower by 5 to 10 degree F if used with following the direction.
But, this will definitely not make the room as cold as an AC. If your comfort temperature zone is below 75F, this will definitely not give you that if the outside is like 90F.
