Before everyone freaks out that it's used, blinq only sells good condition used items, and it's likely to be in great condition. WORST CASE, they have a 30 day return policy, but everyone do what they want. Also they have 10% off with email sign up, and there's numerous cb sites to look around for a little more off. So if you're OK with it not being new, it's by far the best price that you're getting.
