Thumb Score: 0 I don't know much about toolcent but it seems that they have decent reviews and have been around for some time. The banner on top says free shipping on all orders, but at the bottom there is a shipping estimator. It said $15 to ship to PA. Their faq page says standard shipping (UPS, Fedex, USPS) is free. If someone checks out please let me know and I will add it to the post. Under contact us tab, at the bottom right you can sign up for their newsletter and get 10% off your next order, thereby dropping the price another $14. Original Post
