They do get around their rated charges, but only have a 60% efficiency based on my testing. Don't know how good/bad that is compared to the competition. Has a 2 and 1 A port. Not sure if concurrent. The LED flashligh on the 8400 on is good and bright, but the one on the 10400 one is disappointingly dim. EDIT: Looks like there's also a buy 1 get 1 at 25% off promotion on eBay Original Post
