So American Eagle has 25% in their app and they also have the promo code SPING20 for 20% off. I went on the app (logged in to my ae account) and added the stuff I wanted into my cart, then I went on my laptop on my ae account and refreshed the page. The cart on your online cart should now show the 25% from the app and it should also let you apply SPRING20. Does that make sense?? Hopefully it works for you guys! It worked for me, I got $192 of clothes for $108!
