This is a fabulous deal and here's why.
PSA is clearancing out their 9mm shield for $249 plus 17 shipping. This is the BASE model, not the performance center model. Note, it also has the thumb safety.
Brownells has the 9mm shield Performance Center for $399.99 plus $10 FFL transfer fee, LESS 10% with code MDK, for $370 shipped PLUS it includes a $100 Brownell's gift card. Yeah, I hate gift cards too. It has the thumb safety, sorry about that. I haven't called S&W yet to see if I can get the plugs for it or not. Anyway, the Performance Center has a ported slide (to give you a nice face flash in the dark and to minimize recoil. High-vis fiber optic sights, and an enhanced sear for better trigger feel.
