Target Happy RedCard Anniversary 10% Off In-Store Purchase

Got email this morning saying i get 10% my in store purchase expires 1/18/17. Not sure if for all Target Red Card holders but gives you a unique barcode to give to cashier to scan. Could be useless for high end electronics or other goodies.
