the info below on the difference of the models i found from a reddit post to help explaining the different models.

"150-151 refers both to the spool size, and the orientation of the handle. 150 is right hand retrieve, 151 being a left.
The regular SLX DC 150 is 6.3:1, 26 inch retrieve per turn of handle.
