First post here. YMMV. Link posted does show retail price, but I had to link to complete this post.

HD lists this on their website for $579 (see link). The Home Depot in Montgomeryville PA has the price at $499.00 in store. I paired this with a 10% mail coupon to save additionally. Price came to $449.00 before tax. They have about 10 in stock as of 7/14/17, even though it shows that it is not available in stock. I was going to buy the smaller saw, or the Ridgid R4512, but I bought this and very happy with it.
