I was searching for N95 all over the internet a few months ago, and this is one of the websites that I investigated. They just email'ed me that they have Niosh approved N95 masks available (under TC 84A-9042 [cdc.gov]).

Doesn't appear to be medical grade (which to me has to be ASTM Splash Rating Level 2 or 3), but probably more than enough for your day to day activities.

At $1 each, it's a good deal for Niosh approved N95s. It also features two layers of electro-statically treated melt-blown filter media. Four reviews so far, all seem to be fairly positive.
