Walmart has Merkury Innovations A19 Smart White LED Bulb, 60W, Non-Dimmable, 3-Pack on clearance in some stores for $9. In Rochester, NY multiple stores have it listed for the price.

The reviews are OK and at the price I thought it was worth a shot. I was able to easily set up the light bulbs using the Smart Life app. Only con to the bulbs is that they are non-dimmable.
