I offered $1,300 for this TV and received a counteroffer of $1,398 which is the lowest offer I have received for this TV. This includes shipping and tax so this is out the door price. It stated the retailer doesn't charge tax in my state (VA) so I put this as YMMV since you may not get the tax break depending on where you live.

I prefer this TV to the x900h but it does cost $377 more for me... I'm not 100% sure if I will accept the offer or go ahead and wait for Black Friday... Tough Call
