Contacted my store and they confirmed this information. the last memo stated it was suspended until 5/3 (not through 5/3) but apparently they don't get that meant it should resume today. I had called a couple of days ago to check if there was another revision to the suspension date. They said no new information.
When I asked if it was reinstated today as planned, I was told tomorrow it will be acceptable to recycle in-store. I am going to call first thing just in case something happens tonight to change their mind again.
