A sale happens about 2-3 times a year on this 1500VA battery backup UPS at a price of $130. Normally, it sells for $200. This "pure sinewave" model provides cleaner power than other UPSs when the power is cut and the battery is activated.

We have used one protecting a sensitive computer for many years, until the battery died after about 5 years. So even though this is one of the best UPSs on the market, it does have a limited life.
