$35 Visa with Subaru Test Drvie (except Maryland)

Select local dealer and View Inventory
Disable Ad Block for dealer web site
Select model (I chose Legacy - not sure if others do it or not)
Popup should come up
Fill out form and go to dealer

On mobile phone I was offered to redeem via txt and it gave me an 8 digit code. Dealer entered into their system and was sent an email to redeem.

You have the option to redeem for a virtual Visa or a physical one. Virtual sent right away, physical 7-10 business days. No fee for physical card though.
