Just saw the promotion on Tello. They are offering any phone plan for $5 for 1st month until Dec 23.

As a reference, their most expensive plan is $39 normally (unlimited text/call + 10GB data)

Additional Info:
Tello is a Sprint MVNO. If you have a Sprint or its MVNO Sim, I think you can use the Sim you already have. Otherwise, you will have to either order it from Tello or get it from somewhere else.
