The details are still not fully available yet, however from CNET: With the new iPhones set to go on preorder Friday, the usual "buy one, get one" deals are starting to pop up from carriers and retailers. These deals are nothing new, offering hefty discounts if you're willing to switch providers or add a new line to your wireless account. While this is good for people thinking of switching, it never helps those who have the lines they need and are just looking to upgrade their phone. Original Post

It was $50 less. The promo runs from 11/30-12/6; the iPhone XR is $699.99 for T-Mobile subscribers, down from $749.99. My local Costco had only black or white. The guy also told me that trade-in values were going up on Friday match the Apple trade-in deal, and that they'd give you the extra $100 retroactively if you purchase the new phone before then. |

You DO NOT NEED TO UPGRADE to T-Mobile One plan. I got $18 credit immediately for an iPhone 5C and will receive $282 (in 6-8 weeks) on a Mastercard, which can be applied towards balance of iPhone 7 or 7Plus. I think this is worth it if you have one of the iphone 5's or possibly 6 or 6Plus (say 16GB) if you do not want to hassle with selling. I do not think it is worth it with a 6S model... |
