Spending Limit: $20. We are all good at finding deals so staying under $20 should be easy.

Shipping: You MUST use a small flat rate Priority Package or Small Flat Rate Padded Envelope. You MUST send me confirmation number when you ship.

Padded envelope (I am using this one because it is much larger than the small priority box) and Small Flat Rate boxes look like this:




Signups begin now. PM me your name and address. If you have kids, please send me their names as well.

Signups end: 1/16

You will receive your pal no later than: 1/18

You have to send Exchange Package no later than 2/6. You must send me tracking number.

The rules for an exchange are as follows:

1. To participate in WUC exchanges you must be an active member of WUC, with at least 200 posts.

2. You may not have any negative or neutral feedback in order to participate.

3. You must have a trader rating of at least 20 to participate.

4.Your name can not be on the staff's suspended or banned trader's square or train list.

5. If you sign up for an exchange, and do not follow through, you will be banned from any further exchanges.

6. Delivery Confirmation or some sort of tracking number must be purchased/provided with every shipment. This protects both parties. The tracking number must be sent to the person running the exchange.

7. Failure to send your delivery confirmation number within one week of the deadline will result in a negative trader rating being left by a moderator or administrator.

8. Any problems with exchange partners not fulfilling their end of the exchange will be handled by a mod or admin.

9. Exchange partners should not "re-gift" boxes. The package you receive should not turn into the package you send out. Please do not "re-gift" your exchange.
